Nestled amongst the idyllic Chiltern Hills, our aim is to reconnect people to their food, to the farms where it’s grown, and to the people that grow it.
Every summer in June, July and August, we invite a fresh line up of culinary talent to cook on the farm as part of our Wild Feast series. Each month, the chef in residence will serve two feasts over the course of a single weekend, on Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime. Our Wild Feasts are a celebration of locally grown, seasonal produce.
Alongside the Wild Feasts, we’ll be rolling out a weekly pizza night on the farm. We’ve created the perfect spot for our locals to kick back and wind down after a long week. Our pizza recipes celebrate the very best in seasonal produce and will change with the seasons.
